I was looking for a meme for Saturday and ran across PhotoHunt on tnchick.com. My interest really peaked when I saw this week’s theme was “Rocks” knowing I had the perfect photo just sitting on my hard drive waiting for the chance to be posted.
My debut contribution in this week’s Rocks PhotoHunt was taken way back in March ‘07 during a float down the river here in middle Tennessee. I hope you enjoy viewing it as much as I did. :)

This meme asks four food questions every Friday. Here are this week’s questions:

My answers:
#1. My all time favorite “weird” (to some people) comfort food is a marshmallow and a square of american cheese melted on a saltine cracker. The perfect combo of sweet and salty. Ya can’t eat just one!
#2. A food that begins with B…Biscuits (my favorite bread when served with honey, gravy or practically anything!)
#3. A drink that begins with B…Butterbeer if you’re a Wizard, (Hot) Buttered Rum if you’re a Muggle. :)
#4. A recipe that call for broccoli…Beef and Broccoli Salad (Disclaimer – I hate broccoli, so try this recipe at your own risk! I picked it because it was different.)
